Arts council

The Arts Council is responsible for forming and agreeing the arts part of the Festival. It is formed of influential film critics, film directors, actors and composers.

Tasks and objectives of The Arts Council:

• Forming a positive image of KIFF in Ukraine and abroad
• Facilitating conceptual development of KIFF
